HOW DOES IT WORK

We make it as easy as Possible! Tell us what you want, we can arrange a delivery date and we will run through all the paperwork on the day of delivery. The rental includes free repair or replacement if your machine stops working.

Minimum rental period?

Yes there is. Typically 12 Months apart from the Lincoln area which is 6 months.

WHAT DO I NEED?

We require the following things on delivery of the appliance. (please email or WhatsApp before delivery)
1. Proof of ID - ie passport driving licence
2. Proof of your address - i.e. utility bills - Gas, electric, phone, rates etc
3. Deposit money
4. First 4 weeks rent upfront. (Direct Debit starts after 4 weeks)

HOW DO I PAY?

We take Payment via Direct Debit - This can be set up on a weekly or monthly plan and taken on a day that suits you

No, we don’t do weekend deliveries but, on request, we can do after 4pm deliveries

As a general rule the time interval is seven days. However, if you require a more urgent delivery don’t hesitate to ask; the chances are that we will be able to accommodate your request.

That’s absolutely correct. And it’s also 99.9% correct if you apply it to service calls. The only exception to the latter is with some Hotpoint/Indesit white goods which are under the first year manufacturer’s warranty. In this case we sometimes use the manufacturer’s own engineers.

CAN I RENT A BLACK OR SILVER APPLIANCE?

Yes -  If you are after a certain colour or type of appliance please contact us and we can let you know the weekly price
